No one answers phone to receive Credit Return Authorization(CRA) number. Being ignored!
Monetary Loss: $192.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Scalp MED Cons: Leaves hair oily.

I was thinking about ordering the Scalpmed product, but wanted to check online for customer reviews. This website has been very helpful.
Scalpmed needs to up their game as far as customer service responses and Refund issues.
Obviously they don’t have enough faith in their product to communicate back to their customers with any issues they might have. Thanks again, this website convinced me to stay away from Scalpmed!!
